Rebecca McGivney
Performer
Rebecca McGivney (she/her) is a Baltimore-based improviser and improv teacher.
A native of Brooklyn, NY, Rebecca began studying improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) Theater in 2013, where she was a member of the Lloyd team, Kingship.
Coming to improv with a background in theater and voice performance, she is a staunch believer in committing to a scene and characters; while her interests in art history, radical theater, and performance art means she loves to see scenes get a little weird.
Currently she can be seen performing around Baltimore with her indie-team MELK or in several shows at the Baltimore Improv Group Theater, including BIG Time and Hallowed Halls.
